I wanted to write this review to describe our experience with Next Level Auto Center. We were looking for a small van to be used for our business and ended up purchasing a 2019 Ford Transit Connect at Next Level Auto Center. After purchasing the van, we needed to coordinate shipping from California to Oregon. Since we were not in a rush to have the van delivered, we left it with Next Level Auto to coordinate the shipping. After a week or so, the van was picked up from California. Upon delivery of the van in Oregon, the transmission was damaged to the point that the van would not drive. We took it to the local Ford Dealership who verified that the transmission case was cracked from hitting something and needed to be completely replaced. This was obviously not how we left the van with Next Level Auto and occurred during transport from California to Oregon. As soon as we noticed the damage, I contacted Kit who assisted us with the purchase of the van. I explained what happened and he began working on our options to get this transmission repaired. After dealing with multiple insurance companies and over 60 days of waiting, we were finally able to get the transmission fixed and have begun using the van we purchased. During the entire time, Kit was very helpful in keeping us updated with where we stood in the process. While it was unfortunate with what happened and not what were expecting, we're very appreciative of the service Kit and Next Level Auto Center provided. They could have taken a different approach to this but stuck with us and made sure the right thing was done. As someone once said, anyone can provide good service when things go right. It's when things don't go right is when you find out what kind of service you get. Thanks again!

Kit is awesome. Didn't buy a van from him but I brought my van to be have a partition installed. The work was 5 star. I will certainly go back to add other stuff to my van. It is worth coming down from east san gabriel valley to Next Level.Glen

Next Level Auto Center and Kit Chieng offer a level of customer service that is nearly unheard of in today's world. Our school purchased two Ford Transit vans from him in the past couple of months. Every moment of the long distance transactions were handled with care and experience. Communications were clear and immediate. We had significant issues while arranging our transport with the second van due to weather and our remote location in Northern California, Kit worked with us and offered his understanding and patience for several weeks while we arranged transport. If you have the opportunity to work with Kit and Next Level Auto Center, I'm sure you will be treated to his professionalism and caring support.

My position is the Director of Operations and was given the task to purchase (2) newer Ford 12 Passenger Vans for Maranatha High Shool in Pasadena , Ca. After an extensive search, I was very fortunate to find Next Level Auto Center. Next Level had (2) 2022 Ford XL/XLT 350 12 Passenger Vans with low miles. The price was very reasonable. I spoke with Ken prior to visiting the center. Ken and I meet the following day and he showed me both vans. I was very impressed, both vans were alomost new and in excellent condition. I immediately told Ken the high school will take the vans. Ken understood the process in arranging the purchase with the high school. Ken agreed to allow me plenty of time to arrange the purchase. 3 days later, I along with a colleague picked up the vans. The vans were detailed and ready. The high school will be in the market to purchase 2 additional vans in April/May 2025. I will not hesitate in contacting Ken and purchasing from Next Level Auto Center. Ken is upfront and this was a no hassle purchase. I highly recommend Ken and Next Level Auto Center if you are considering a new pre-owned van.

Great experience! Caesar and Ken took great care of us. Easy to work with. Caesar got 2 vans over for my husband to try. Thankfully he knew my husband would like the one we purchased best. Love our new Ford Transit van!

We recently decided we need a larger vehicle to caravan our 6 teenagers and their friends to/from school and extracurricular activities. We were in search of a 12 passenger ford transit. We came upon Next Level. Ken was open and honest and upfront from the beginning. We ended up making the trek to Hawthorne to look at one of the vehicles. Ken and Cesar were so pleasant and made the process of buying the van as easy as possible. I truly appreciate how they guided us through the process and even more so I appreciated their down to earth and friendly demeanor. I would highly recommend Next Level!

I was not the one who purchased the vehicle, it is part of a fleet of vans for a private school. I dealt with Ken after the purchase since our vans didn't have any titles. He was extremely responsive every time I contacted him regarding the status of the titles. I've received one so far, 3 months after our purchase and waiting for the 2nd one which seems to be on its way. We are satisfied with the vehicule we bought.
